As you people can see that I have tried a lot of things, so please suggest/advice accordingly and any help would be greatly appreciated. Any ideas whether I am on the track or not? If I am, then how can I get the IMEI back on my phone. So I think the only way out for me is to flash a nvram.bin using SP Flash Tool or Flash nvram.bin+nvram.tar to MTK Droid Tools which I don't have. only modify the IMEI when the baseband or radio files are already present on the phone. Probably the SN Write Station, Maui META 3G, IMEI&SN Writer V1.5.3 and etc.
#IMEI SN WRITE TOOL V1.5.3 CODE#
I tried using the MTK Engineering mode mode also and tried to write it using the AT+ code but it keeps on saying failed to send command. It does contain the BPLGU file but I can't seem to modify IMEI with SN Write Station, Maui META 3G, IMEI&SN Writer V1.5.3 and etc. Now the official firmware of Cherry Mobile Fuze Q390 does not contain any nvram.bin file.
Although, WiFI still works perfectly except the annoying NVRAM Warning that I kept on seeing when ever that I wanted to connect to a network. So the device has no baseband or radio files right not and also the data/nvram/md folder has nothing in it. I am sure the problem is that when I formatted the phone it wiped the NVRAM region too. Also, MTK Droid Tools shows (Baseband V -). When I try to fix IMEI from MTK Droid Tools it shows (ERROR : pttycmd1 device NOT found!). Also, the IMEI is shown as "INVALID" for both SIM slots when I input *#06#. Now the phone works fine but it does NOT detect the SIM card. I don't have any backups because I am reverting to stock. Then I flashed the official firmware of this device with SP Flash Tool. I WHOLE formatted my Cherry Mobile Fuze Q390 (MT6582) with SP Flash Tool. I dont have any folder after the MD folder so I created a new one still no IMEI Ohkey!! link ur thread here so i can add it hereĬredits to #rua1 for mtk droid root and toolsĭoesnt work. Sent from my A2_Classic using xda app-developers app I have fixed my imeis long ago I was just telling u to add the method as we'll Ok i will add that but u can try other method which is working for some members, see my signature Now you can put it on the sd and insert that in to the phone.Ĭopy it to - system need r/w need to be on:Īnd make sure you rename the file "MP0B_001_NEW" to " MP0B_001"Īlthough this method is working for me but if get in trouble by following this method then i am not responsible.!!īro nice method also add the mtk droid tools method i have posted in my root guide because this methods does not work in my phone
If both IMEI you gave are in correct format the file named MP0B_001_NEW willīe created.

Since i get a invalid imei issue in my Qmobile A2 so i start searching on different forums nd then i i get this method ,this method is totally of chinese forum (i cant post reference link} so full credits to them but also meġ. |TUT|SOLUTION|No Service Problem/Invalid IMEI mediatek phones| Hello to Xda members, Sorry for my english and here is my link and read next threads from that forum.
I had same problem, here are my steps with qcn backup file from working P2. Signal is back but diag port disappeared and I can't turn it on again. Successfully I found other users qcn file and wrote my IMEI in it. Other methods I've tried include flashing stock MM and installing OTA until you're on S251 as well as restoring an older full TWRP backup from when your signal used to work. Tick the "Allow phone/file ESN mismatch", locate your saved qcn file and start restoring it.Īpparently some XDA members managed to get their signal back once the modem was deleted so I guess somebody should know. Now you click on "start clients", then "software download". If your port isn't already visible go to the device manager, look up the Qualcomm Diag port and add it. You click on QPST configuration and go to "ports". Restore the qcn file from step 7 by using QSPT. Write it over with the IMEI output you got in step 5.ĩ. Use the IMEI converter and input your true IMEI. In my case it often starts with "08 8A.".ĥ. Open the file by using Ultraedit/HxD and try to locate the IMEI. Get hold of a working qcn (I used my own which I know works in my other P2).
